SAUVIGNON BLANC 2008 A wonderful vintage has allowed a wine to develop of distinct character. Gooseberry with light grassy and herbaceous characters fills this wine, passionfruit finishes this well balanced wine.

RIESLING2008 This Riesling displays grapefruit and lime characters with a passionfruit finish. The wine has been made from our Estate grown hand picked grapes and fermented in small batches.

MC SYRAH 2007 MC is an ancient winemaking technique called maceration carbonic, it is where uncrushed grapes are wild fermented for sixteen days before pressing. This has resulted in wine that is fresh with lifted plum, cherry and spicy flavours.

SHIRAZ2005 This Shiraz displays blueberry and cherry fruit flavours with pepper and cinnamon spices. The wine has been made from our hand picked Estate grown grapes, fermented in small batches and maturated in French oak barriques.

SPARKLING SHIRAZ2005 This Sparkling Shiraz displays cherries and blackberry flavours with hints of pepper and cinnamon. Traditional handmade bottle fermentation ensures that the bubbles are tight and velvety.

BOTRYTIS 2006 (375ml) This wine was made in four small batches, as we only hand picked when the grapes were sufficiently affected by botrytis from 21st May to 18th June. The resulting wine was fermented in French oak and then blended.
